ORDERING

We are a young startup and juggle many responsibilities at the same time. Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order. Deliveries are made by UPS and take 1-5 working days dependent on location. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is processed, shipped and delivered. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. ​​

STANDARD SHIPPING

$10 flat rate ground shipping to all Contiguous United States (48 states plus D.C.). The Sampler Box ships for $7.

ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING

$16 flat rate shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. The Sampler Box ships for $10.

OTHER SHIPPING

If you live in a state or territory outside of the above regions, please contact us for shipping cost estimates. We do not offer export outside of the U.S. territories at this point in time.

SHIPPING TIMELINE 

Please note that the following estimated delivery days are from the time your order is processed. This timeline begins once you receive your shipping confirmation email. 

EAST COAST: 2 to 3 days

CENTRAL: 3 to 4 days

WEST COAST: 4 to 5 days

HAWAII and ALASLA: allow a few extra days

CHECK ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
